How do I register?

All registration is 100% free. The data you enter will be adequately protected. To start the registration you can go to the upper right part of our page and click on the little person button and then on the register button to fill in the necessary fields.

I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

To reset your password, go to the top right and click on the little person button and then click on the Reset your password section.


What are the payment methods?

Payment methods are by PayPal or participating credit cards.

How do shipments work?

All our orders are shipped Redpack and 99 minutes. We have an express shipping option that can be  requested at checkout. Once your order is ready, it has a delivery guarantee of 3 to 5 business days.

As soon as we ship your package, we will send you an email with the tracking code, so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

How can I check the status of my order?

1. You can check the status of your orders by logging into your account.

2. Click Track Order at the top right of the page. Make sure you have your order # and email address ready.

3. Confirmations are emailed 30 minutes later when

* your order was received or

* your submission has been processed, as long as the email address provided is valid.

4. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

* Select ***@***.mx as a trusted website in your spam filters.

* To prevent duplication of an order, please go to MY ACCOUNT to verify that your order has been completed before ordering again.

5. Please allow 24 to 48 business hours to update the status of your order.

Can I request an electronic invoice?

Yes. You would have to send an email to orders@daclaf.com to request the self-invoicing link.


Do the products have any guarantee?

All of our parts come with a 1 week warranty.

How do I make the guarantee valid if I live in another state of the Republic?

You can send us your pieces by parcel, we perform the service as the case may be and once it is ready we notify you to make the shipment, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.


How can I modify or cancel my order?

What is the time limit to make a change?

In the online store, the deadline for any return is 5 days from receiving the purchase.
