Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Agave Inulin, Zinc Oxide, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, Magnesium Stearate, Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). Capsule: Hypromellose, Gellan gum.
Take 1 capsule a day with 240 mL of water, juice or milk. Do not exceed the recommended portion. Its use is recommended for those over 55 years of age.
